·         To provide a structured home environment for troubled young boys who require intervention to offset the effects of possible broken homes, parental substance abuse, parental absence, neglect or other unfortunate life circumstances.

·         To provide the surrounding community with resources for parents or guardians to utilize in strengthening and restoring a healthy family.
